The Sharon Historical Society is a community museum dedicated
to connecting people to the town of Sharon, its history, and
its culture. We also like to have some fun and share our finding
with others!
Below are some exciting ways to enjoy the history of Sharon
and offer findings of your own.

Sharon Historical Society is proud to announce…we are
blogging! Be on the lookout for many new and exciting
updates in the near future.
We plan to use this blog for news updates, event promotions
and sharing our new discoveries with the rest of you.

Twitter is new, easy to use and quite popular. We have
been brainstorming a number of ideas for the best use
of it...real-time meeting minutes, event coordination
and program attendance alerts to name a few.
Google
Maps. View photos, postcards and information on Sharon's
Historic areas within these fun, interactive maps.

Flickr is a photo sharing site that allows people to view
and share photographs online. If you have photos of Sharon
please feel free to upload them to our account at Flickr.

Animoto is free and it is easy to use. We put together
a short slideshow in about 10 minutes and most of that
was picking out a song!
We plan to use this to showcase school projects, local
historic places, society events, and volunteer efforts.
