R - The Riley Family

The Riley Family

The Riley family arrived in Sharon in 1850. My great great grandfather and great great grandmother arrived in America in 1900. The Riley's came to Sharon from France because they were "accused" of being traitors to France. Our original name was Raleigh but was changed when arriving in America.

My father's father is Ralph. My father's mother is Priscilla. My father had six brothers and sisters named Jeff, Greg, Lisa, Cindy, Pam, and Jen. My mother's father is Raymond. My mother's mother is Joyce. My mother had two brothers and one sister named Fred, Tony, and Tammy.

My father's side of the family came from England. My mother's side of the family came from Mexico and Europe.

My dad works in the furniture business. My mom works in the medical business.

I was born in Sharon and I have one sibling named Morgan. We have four pets. Their names are Cleo and Stella, (cats) Bonnie and Clyde, (dogs). My family likes Sharon because we have lived here all of our lives we couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I think that I will stay in Sharon when I grow up because I love the place I live in, my friends and family live nearby, plus this town is just too beautiful.
